Dr. Samar Baqer was the supervisor of the Executive Seminar Unit and the director of the Office of Students Training and Alumni. She recently established and supervised the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Unit, the latest addition to the Center of Excellence in Management at the College of Business Administration. Moreover, she worked for the Ministry of Planning; was an advisor for the executive chairman of Kuwait National Fund for SME Development; as well as a consultant and member of the founding board of KFAS Academy. She also volunteers in The Proteges, Fikra Program, Arabnet and the ICSB Academy.
