Walid Soussou leverages his PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California (USC) and expertise in Brain-Computer-Interfaces for developing new wearable sensor technologies and their commercial applications. At QUASAR, he raised several million dollars for R&D in the form of research grants from the National Institute of Health (NIH), National Science Foundation (NSF), DARPA, and Department of Defense (DoD).  In 2013, he founded Wearable Sensing to commercialize the next generation of Wearable Brain Monitoring devices.
