Motivay is a peer-to-peer employee recognition solution created to appreciate, recognize & reward the efforts of employees’ micro-achievements in work environments. The Solution is made of two main components, an easy-to-use bilingual android & iOS mobile application that’s similar in its nature to social media platforms & a web-based administrator portal to manage the application. The solution’s features are built & structured based on years of scientific evidence of how appreciating & rewarding employees results in the increase of organizations’ productivity, retention of quality employees & achieving short & long-term goals. Motivay aims to change the landscape of the Saudi workforce & be the first to establish a well-informed & structured appreciation system built on empirical evidence & measurable techniques to develop the work environment & keep up with the rapid growth of businesses in the Kingdom. موتيفاي المنصة المبتكرة لتقدير ومكافأة جهود الموظفين بشكل دائم وفعال في مختلف بيئات العمل والتي من خلالها يمكنك تحديد وقياس أداء الموظفين وتقدير جهودهم داخل المنظمة بشكل مستدام. المنصة مكونه من عنصرين أساسيين، اولاً تطبيق جوال اندرويد واي او اس يتشابه بطبيعته مع منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وثانياً لوحة ادارة رئيسية قائمة على الويب والتي هي قلب موتيفاي. تم ابتكار خصائص المنصة وتنظيمها استناداً على سنوات من الخبرة العملية والبحوث العلمية التي أثبتت أن تقدير الموظفين وتحفيزهم والاحتفاظ بالمواهب سبباً لزيادة الإنتاجية وتحقيق أهداف المنظمة على المدى القريب والبعيد. يطمح موتيفاي لتغيير المنظور العام للقوى العاملة السعودية لأكون أول من أنشأ نظام تقدير متقن البنية مبني على أدلة تجريبية وتقنيات قابلة للقياس لتطوير بيئة العمل ومواكبة النمو السريع للأعمال في المملكة العربية السعودية.
